Welcome to Canada Peter........ Hey there!!!!Welcome to our Canadian home.....Pete will be done shoveling in just a bit and you are welcome to come in for a visit. We finally got to meet each other in January of 1999 and spent a glorious 6 weeks together touring Western Canada and visiting friends and family, met some wonderful new ones too ;) For those of you who don't know us from mIRC, auspete is from Australia (dah) and Xqzme lives in Canada. Talk about hot and cold eh! You might say the "prairies" were a little warmer than usual this January and February.....wonder why? We met in Vancouver, BC on January 8/99 and spent some time getting to know each other before beginning our tour. Some of the hilites of the holiday included taking the ferry to Vancouver Island to spend a day with Becky (Heluva) and Keith ;) We enjoyed a bus ride to Kamloops, BC where we were met by my sister Dianne.....hi sis ;)



We will be moving more of our belongings in shortly, but for now Pete needs a bit of a refresher after all that snow. Actually, this pic was taken at the Fantasyland Hotel in The West Edmonton Mall where we spent some of our holiday time. While in Edmonton we met some great friends we had made on mIRC, you can see their pics once you take a tour inside........check out the #Best_Mates channel on any of the dalnet servers on mIRC (download it from the link below) and you will usually find us there ;)

Ain't We Cute ;) This is US...together at last!! It's been wonderful getting to know each other over the past couple years, but actually seeing each other for the first time was a moment we won't soon forget.
